During our time together, I’ll be open and honest with you, ensuring I understand your needs and discussing what I have found with you. In my experience, transparency is key to the start of any relationship, and this approach helps you make an informed decision on the next steps.

I can help with the setup, connection or repair of your:

Computers, Laptops, Mobile Phones, Printers, Tablets, Virus removal or WiFi.

I also provide a service known as a health check, where I can investigate a range of your devices to get an overall picture of their health and offer some advice and a way forward. A health check typically takes around two hours (charged at the hourly rate) but is very much dependant on how many devices there are in your home.

Domestic Customers

My pricing model is simple and transparent. During opening hours, I charge £35 for the first hour. Each subsequent hour is charged at £8.75 per 15 minutes, with no additional call out fees.

Support outside opening hours may incur additional charges.

Small Business Customers

My pricing model is dependent on your needs and the complexity of your environment. Don't hesitate to get in touch with me for more information.

Consultancy falls outside this price model. It is generally referred to as professional services and is usually based on specific, more complex types of work.
