A health check investigates whether your devices (computer, laptop, mobile phone or tablet, for example) and equipment (printers and routers, for example) are running the most up to date operating system versions.

I’ll also check the status of your IT Security, Antivirus, or Malware protection.

Think of it as an MOT for your computer.

We will also talk about what you want out of your technology. Are you making the most of new features, settings, and options?

The health check typically takes around 2 hours, but this depends very much on the number of devices in your home.

We will agree on a plan, and any agreed work can be completed during this time.
