Computer problems

Computers have been around for decades. What was once a complex design of parts, software, and lots of configuring to complete a simple task has evolved into seamless, beautiful works of art that simply work when we turn them on—or they should work.

Whether you use your computer for work, school or play, computers help us achieve what we are trying to portray in a way we can share or enjoy.

For a computer to work (aside from power), there is the operating system, and the applications rely on the operating system or sit on top of it. The most common operating systems are Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac. Both companies release regular updates that may include new features or drivers, but we are most familiar with security updates as these get the most attention in the media.

Regardless of the update type or frequency, the updates can cause problems with the applications and hardware, sometimes causing major problems where the computer is no longer usable.
